Coaching is a collaborative partnership between a coach and a client, designed to inspire and maximize the client's personal and professional potential. This ongoing and creative process facilitates the establishment and development of personal, professional, or business goals, as well as the creation and implementation of a plan to achieve them.
In the coaching journey, the coach assists by:
Helping to uncover the client's unknown areas
Clarifying goals
Discovering values and strengths
Illuminating the client's current situation
Identifying obstacles and defining actions to move closer to goals progressively
Discovery Session: This session is complimentary and designed to help you get to know each other and experience a coaching session.
Contract: If we both agree to start the coaching journey after the discovery session, we will sign a contract.
Weekly Coaching Sessions: Our coaching journey consists of 10 weekly sessions. Each session takes 45 minutes.
Between Sessions: You will take action between the sessions to achieve your goal. In addition to the coaching sessions, I am available between sessions to talk about any questions you may have. We can even conduct laser coaching sessions to focus on a specific topic within 15 minutes.
End of the journey: If you reach your goal sooner, we will end the journey.
In our coaching sessions, I help you uncover your life mission, passion, personality, skills, strengths, and values — so you can navigate personal or organizational challenges and make decisions that bring greater impact and satisfaction.
My coaching model consists of 5 elements:
A – Awareness: Start by checking in. What’s present right now? What’s the real challenge or opportunity today?
L – Life Design: Reconnect with deeper truths: values, passion, strengths, identity. What’s driving or blocking this?
I – Intention: Set a clear focus or intention for this session. What do you want to walk away with?
G – Growth Actions: Explore and decide on actions, mindset shifts, or experiments for between sessions.
N – Navigation: Reflect and prepare for what’s next. How will you stay aligned? What support do you need before the next session?

What if my goals are not clear?
This is entirely natural! Part of our work is to clarify your vision and identify goals that align with your values and desires. We will explore this in the first few sessions.
Can coaching guarantee results?
While coaching is a powerful tool for personal and professional development, it is a collaborative process, and your success depends on your commitment to taking action. There are no guarantees, but many clients experience significant growth.
